I first met Leah when she ran a small group session at a local gym. We later started meeting early in the morning for personal training sessions. Leah has a broad knowledge of sports and kinesiology. 

She was attentive to my needs as a middle aged woman who was not as engaged in exercise on a regular basis. As time progressed, for medical reasons, I needed to take off weight. Leah is extremely knowledgeable in the areas in nutrition and healthful eating. 

Leah having a background in nutrition and exercise, encouraged me and was helpful in conditioning and weight loss. During our discussions, she suggested alternative food and food sources. 

Although the gym closed because of the pandemic, Leah kept in touch with me on a regular basis checking into see if I needed any aid, through zoom, email or texts.  Leah has been instrumental in helping me achieve many of my goals in the past five years. Leah has been performing community service throughout the Covid19 pandemic conducting 50+ exercise Building Balance classes on Zoom. Her students are aged, morbidly obese, suffering from lifetime congenital problems. None of this wears down her pervasive enthusiasm encouraging each to do more than they think they can. She introduces new twists to every "same old exercise" . She refreshes each student to exercise on their own between sessions. For myself, the results were measurable and lauded by my Primary Care Physician.  Leah, from the heart enthusiasm, is so uplifting, that any reluctant exerciser can find a friend to get start with.
